Returns , Sales and Hire Conditions

Used sales warranty: Delivery warranty only, customers to report damage or faults within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

New Sales:

12 months warranty on all new items

Returns on new sale items:

14 days from reciept 

Radio mic hire terms:

Payment is required to secure your booking.
once an invoice is raised
If you cancel or wish to change an order within 48 hours – no
cancellation fee is due, otherwise There is an admin fee due of £85 + vat,
regardless if payment has been received or hire agreement has been signed or
returned.
Cancelation upto 14days before dispatch incurs a charge of 10% of the value
of the order or £85 + vat whichever is greater.
No Refunds are payable for cancellations made within 14 days before dispatch.

Remote courier delivered hires, customers to retain all packing materials for return

Each microphone capsule should be cleaned with nail varnish remover to remove all stick residue – cleaning charge £2 +vat per microphone.

Customers responsible for reporting damages or shortages with 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Each none returned hire item remains on hire st the standard weekly rate until returned or paid for in full at the current retail price + vat. additional charges will apply for labour to reinstate missing parts.

Microphone headset and capsules returned broken are not charged for unless physical damage or mistreatment has take place, cut cables etc.

where a spare item has been shipped mid duration of the hire period and on return of the equipment the spare was not required. additional hire and shipping charges will be made for the extra items.
