at 1% the fan is very low speed just enough to push the haze of machine and again perfect for tiny spaces where fan noise is a consideration

Trade-In Terms & Conditions

Ship your working or broken haze machine to us, and we will dispatch your new machine once your old machine has been received.

Machines must be complete, with no major parts missing.

Machines that have previously been subject to repair attempts may not be accepted.

Smoke Factory Tour Hazers, Unique Hazers and Base Hazers manufactured by OTTEC Engineering will be accepted.

Have another brand machine – contact we maybe be able to accept it

If you are unsure whether your machine qualifies for our trade-in offer, please contact us before placing your order on 0117 350 2064.

Your trade-in machine must be securely packed using suitable protective packaging and sent to the address shown on our Contact page within 7 days of placing your order on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse a trade-in machine if it does not meet our trade-in requirements. If we refuse your machine, we will return it to you at our cost and refund your order in full.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If, within 14 days of receiving your new machine, you are not entirely satisfied with it, you may return it to us in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the new machine to us.

Once we have received the new machine back, we will:

• Refund your order in full, including the original shipping cost.
• Return your original trade-in machine to you at our cost.

The new machine must be returned complete and in its original packaging.
